SOLAR is a blend of flower essences crafted to support a sense of willpower, self-esteem, and authentic identity. The solar plexus chakra connects us with our sense of self-worth, confidence, the ability to make decisions and take action with clarity and determination.

When the solar plexus chakra is in balance, it brings a feeling of confidence, self-assuredness, and the knowledge that you are capable of making decisions aligned with your genuine sense of self.

However, when this energy center is out of balance, it can lead to feelings of insecurity, low self-esteem, and a lack of direction or motivation. You may struggle with indecision, become overly controlling or overly passive.

In the world at this time, it’s common for the solar plexus chakra to be out of balance due to societal pressures to be successful—yet there is a very narrow vision of success that one can fit into and few opportunities to fulfill it. Certain circles will decide success = money, followers, youth, beautiful home/vacations, etc. Other circles will place their value into how many spiritual retreats you’ve gone on, how environmentally friendly your yoga pants are, how many initiations you’ve had or how many ayahuasca retreats you’ve attended. Yet other circles will prize how many personal descriptors you put in your social media bio. Every culture and subculture will have their own version of this and no one truly exists independent of it. Even loners or those who believe they fall outside of the norm/don’t fit into any box are ultimately in contrast to an already existing system (sorry fellow weird-o’s). This can create a scenario where someone is chasing ideals or a life path that is not truly their own, sometimes for their entire lives.

Add to this a time with such great financial disparity and no matter what circle you find yourself in, you may find it difficult to feel as though you've "made it".

An underactive solar plexus center may manifest as feelings of powerlessness, low self-esteem, and a lack of direction or motivation. Individuals might experience difficulty making decisions, struggle with asserting themselves, or feel disconnected from their personal identity. This imbalance can lead to chronic self-doubt, fear of failure, and an inability to take action toward one’s goals, often resulting in passive or submissive behavior.

An overactive solar plexus chakra, on the other hand, may manifest as an excessive need for control, narcissism, or a tendency to dominate situations and people. This imbalance can lead to a hyper-inflated sense of self-importance, defensiveness, or an inability to relax, constantly pushing toward achievement or validation.

**As always! “Healing” the solar plexus center takes more than just dropping some flower essences on the tongue. Those imbalances aren’t random! They’re there from some wound/belief system/trauma that will ultimately need to be processed if we truly want a well functioning solar plexus.
