This is such a supportive essence for sensitive people! As someone who has struggled for most of my life with having healthy energetic/psychic boundaries, Horse Nettle has been a close companion.

When I crafted this essence I had a vision of horse nettle combing through my auric field, illuminating and helping to remove those burr-like attachments I had picked up throughout my day.

Although there are many different essences that I reach for to help with boundaries, Horse Nettle is unique in it’s ability to highlight and help clear away other people’s energies I’ve been clinging onto. As I write this I get an imagine of a monkey picking bugs off of his companion 😂

I find this essence to be helpful both before I leave the house for the day, and when I get home. I like to make a little ritual around it, so that I’m not just mindlessly put the drops on my tongue, but also reminding myself to be as mindful as I can about feeling out and taking on other’s peoples stuff!
