In the midst of this holiday season I find myself bumping up against the propaganda of "give people stuff so they know you care about them." I'm honestly not a fan of holiday gift giving. In theory I think it's wonderful but I rarely see it done outside of the capitalistic model of "more and more stuff will make one more and more better/happier/complete." I haven't been able to get myself in gear to set up some kind of sale or promotion directly related to the holidays.
